Any .UK domain (.co.uk / .org.uk / .me.uk / .ltd.uk / .plc.uk / .uk) are free to transfer to us. Your previous registration company should not charge you a fee.
Any other domain extension will be charged a standard one year renewal fee when you transfer it to us. This fee is imposed by the domain registry and on completion of the transfer, your domain will have another year added to the expiry date automatically.
We do not charge any fees for any domains moving away from us, however your new provider may charge you.

Unfortunately, domain names are not refundable. This is because domain registries do not offer refunds. Please make sure when registering a domain that you don't make a typographical error, as this can't be corrected.
Additionally, domain renewal fees are also not refundable - this is also the policy of the domain registries.
